Kerry would re-engage our allies and make Iraq a much less American occupation, doing something along the Kosovo lines. But let's not be naive, Bush's rush into Iraq has made getting out of there difficult. There will be no easy way, just a better way. And all this should have been prepared for BEFORE any invasion. There was no rational reason to rush into Iraq and take on such a burden. Of course for the oil companies it's a great deal.
