Not now. When Saddam the secular despot was in power, AQ and OBL were kept out of Iraq. OBL and AQ should send a thank you card to Dumbya and his cohorts for opening up Iraq for AQ to run around freely.

And btw, a lot more US troops have died in Iraq than Spainiards did in that plane crash.
