It's KEY to recall that former Secretary of the Treasury Paul O'Neil reported that Bush had already decided to attack Iraq prior to 9-11.

That's another lie whale poop. O'Neil stated he was surprised that planning for a possible confrontaton with Iraq was on the agenda which makes O'Neil look not too bright since regime change in Iraq had been US policy since the first Bush Admin and had been official US policy throughout the Clinton years as well...
