I saw a group of journalists on Fox last night trying to figure out when he might have been face to face with any foreign leaders in the last few months. They couldn't come up with anything, and finally Krauthammer just spit out that he had made it all up. He is probably right, since Kerry did say that some of them had looked him in the eye.......
