Excellent!! When the foreign leader story gets out all over the world, Kerry may have to install a phone bank in his office just to handle the calls coming in from around the world, including Spain.

You don't get it. We don't care who they are (Kerry's foreign friends). As his office is wont to say, "they aren't constituents!" It's just fun to fu@k with him when he tries to be cute. You don't care who they are do you?
