You were being very funny, eh? I suppose you are making sense only if you liken the US to terrorists targeting defenseless Iraq. As a matter of fact, there are lots of folks who believe that is not far off the mark. Remember, the Prez had wanted to attack Iraq soon after he took office and he urged his aides to give him an excuse and a plan. O'Neill, the former Secretary of the Treasury, had confirmed that to be fact. Then he and Blair, the British Prime Minister, got into the act....... Yes, it is always easy enough for a far stronger power to bully and terrorize a weak or "weakened" country whenever it wants to, with or without an excuse.
