Poor Colin Powell. A good man suckered into obeying some very unscrupulous people. Powell was trotted out to be a Bush surrogate for damage control, but Powell knows better than anyone how phony his Un evidence was, and how 90% of our allies all want Bush replaced. Their demand for Jk to name names was silly. Of course he cannot betray the confidence of the very people cheering him on whom he'll have to deal to solve Iraq and other problems once he becomes president. I know JK enough to know this, he fully expects to win. GW Bush doesn't scare him at all, though he's very respectful of the power of the GOP machine. He knows he cannot take his eyes off the ball for a single minute. JK is in political combat, the fight of his life. He will continue taking the offensive.
