Who said it was? Not me. We are talking about overall profits and markets here, not an individual stock speculation. Bad markets are directly tied to all the things you incorrectly hang on Bush. Objectively, there is no way Bush caused such problems, certainly not with tax-cuts made AFTER the problems were becoming apparent.
