You've got a point. But where were these analysts back in Oct when the company announced the restatements? Is it not their job to Analyze the company they are covering? Shouldn't they get in FRONT of these events?

It's always easy to downgrade after a decline like this. It's the SAFE thing to do.

You're joking, right? These companies have all waited until the stock dropped 40% before lowering their view. They knew a few days ago that their analysis was faulty but now they lower.

You can justify their actions to yourself but I think it's plainly obvious that these firms are simply piling on.
