SANTA MARIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2004--In another milestone for the Company, International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS) is pleased to announce that IBC Radio Network ( www.IBCRN.com ) is now broadcasting on satellite 24/7. The Company has spent several weeks making studio upgrades and tests to make the transition. Once on satellite, IBCRN will begin an expansion program whereby network content will be introduced to various AM & FM radio markets across the country. IBCRN will be syndicating all of its talk programming including Whitley Strieber's "Dreamland," "The Lou Gentile Show," "Stock Talk LIVE," "Encounters," "Feet To The Fire," "The Space Show," "Cybercity Radio" and other shows not mentioned here. IBC Radio Network is the only radio network to carry talk radio with a paranormal theme from sun down to sun up. The Company is not afraid to show its support for such programming, unlike its competitors who are trying to phase it out. Radio stations are starting to sign with IBCRN for content. In addition, listeners can easily pick up IBCRN using a small satellite dish and receiver, which the Company will distribute at a competitive price.

Daryn Fleming, President of IBCS, says, "This is a very important step in our expansion plans. Moving to satellite enables us to offer our content to any radio station, anywhere. In addition, consumers can pick up IBCRN directly using a small satellite dish and receiver that we will make available via our website. This satellite dish will provide a more stable signal than through the Internet. The delivery of the signal will be faster as well. Timely delivery is critical for listeners of our 'Stock Talk LIVE' business radio talk show. Listeners often make investment decisions whereby a minute or two delay could mean the difference between making and losing money."

About IBC Radio Network

IBC Radio Network ( www.IBCRN.com ) offers a unique, all-talk format distributed coast-to-coast and worldwide. We currently carry business, news, science, and paranormal content. IBC Radio Network is on-the-air 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
