That's why we can't treat this as a law enforcement problem. We can't just make all our intelligence public like a normal criminal trial would require.

Crucial evidence from Binalshib interrogations wasn't released by the USA.

Of course not. It would be insane to reveal that information to our enemies.

Besides there's the data point of how long it took the UK to allow extradition of the planners and financiers of the 1995 Parisian terrorist bombings, it was only last year I think that something was finally done.

That was real cooperation on the issue of combating international terrorism !
