The test run is almost done.

The slimy traitor is coming off the vastly over-covered primary season, and the ads are to allow the measurement (by PRIVATE research, since public polls tell you nothing of any use) of vulnerability. Other than that, any ad money spent before the conventions is wasted. The Republicans will keep a steady stream going-but only within a strict budget. That will keep it in the back of the public's mind that the reality of John Kerry is that he's an anti-American slimebag pumped up by the anti-American media.

The result? As we all should have expected: A John Kerry coming off a "tough fight" with idiots like Weasel Wesley Clark and the "Red Dean" has some public exposure. But, as an old political hack once said, any real support is "a mile wide and an inch deep."...
