darffot, i noticed that little bit of complacency as well

is it just me, or have others noticed that pension fund managers seem to getting more and more proactive wrt the corporate governance of the companies where they are heavily invested?

(thinking about the recent eisner repudiation)

Harmy on Oz housing
New loans for investment housing down here are now down 28% in January which follows another big drop last December.
I think we have our inflection point.
