The Commission I posted about was set up by the President to
review intelligence from his time back into Clinton days. It has no power to subpoena and was designed to do relatively speaking nothing. It can be expected to carry out what it was designed for.

The 9/11 Commission on the other hand has the power to subpoena and presumably could report on the myriad of unanswered issues relative to that tragedy that are raised in such sites as:

Many people are of the view that both the CIA and FBI provided some intelligence that clearly suggested that there were no WMD's but that such intelligence was ignored by the Administration because it did not advance the case for war.
