they discussed this manpower report on CNBC and the conclusion of the pundits was that the hiring will be too slow to matter. I guess the manpower report doesn't show *how many* hires these employers intend to add. CNBC tends to bias to the bull side so there you go. Anyway we have the payroll report every month so we'll see whats going on. This month has to be better than feb.
