Did that mean "with lots of natural gas"?

There is no such thing as "heavy natural gas." It's all CH4, methane. Sometimes there are natural gas liquids vaporized in the methane but I never heard that called "heavy natural gas."

didnt mean heavy ngas, meant heavily loaded with ngas
dunno any particular
but China could use some reserves USTBonds and purchase an entire company with reserves
they would not purchase a country
but rather a company which owns property loaded with ngas

or oil
or copper
or silver
etc

this will be a later development in the pursuit of commodity resources
