Working with foreign leaders is not the same as "sucking up" to them.

And why is Blair referred to as "Bush's lapdog" by his countrymen? That is because *he* sucks up to Bush. Another one was from Spain and his party has lost the elections. So that's one less "sucker upper" in the field! :-)
