Actually only one is a fool, the one we have now. There is no comparison between the intellect of Clinton and the Doofus. Coulda, woulda, shoulda. We shouldn't have built up Osama during the Reagan and Bush I years in the first place. Was that really Osama? I saw the piece. That was taken in October 2000. Clinton did try to get him earlier. The other terrorists were already in America. Would killing Osama in October 2000 have changed Sept. 2001? Probably not. What did Bush do from January 2001-September 11, 2001, besides think of new tax cuts for his rich friends? One thing he did not do - he did not act on the recommendations provided to him before 9-11 to form the Homeland Security Dept. Why not?
