Almost the whole world wants Bush gone. That's not kowtowing to foreigners, that's just that most people see what neocons and dittoheads refuse to see, that their emperor has no clothes and is a boy who cried wolf with a wizard behind the curtain running things for him in an extreme rightwing fashion. I had to laugh when I saqw GW saying today that central to the jobs problem is rising health care costs. As if he hasn't taken $$$ for kowtowing to the health care and drug lobbies.
