Wait, doesn't Kerry "look Spanish"? So silly. This RNC dirty trick started as a smear attack on Kerry's wife whom happened to speak French and four other languages, including Spanish and Portuguese. The silly inference is that Jk is weak on terrorism because he and his wife can actually speak to the French while Bush has no real international knowledge or experience. Unlike Bush's father by the way who was a big-time diplomat/CIa chief/corporate lobbyist and knows his way around the world.
