DMA,
Not at all re: McCain. It would take the focus off of front-row, red-faced Ted and put on a man who a great majority of americans in the center have deep respect for. When kerry had to make a tough decision it could be perceived he would turn to the other tougher war hero who Moderate and Centrist Reps and Dems had faith in rather that Reddy Teddy and the Taxachusetts crowd. Yes i know it wont happen, that is of course unless it does. I think McCain has not forgiven bush for what happened in SC and i also think that he likes kerry alot. Kerry is the conflicted vet, McCain is over that and teamed up they could be both tough and thoughtful. The real election would come down to cheney vs mccain. Who would win that one? No contest. mike
