I believe that Kim Jong-il would rather see Kerry as our leader. I doubt if they talked.

I don't think this Kerry comment about foreign leaders has any legs other than with fervent Bush supporters who already don't like Kerry. The newly elected leader of Spain came right out and said he wants Kerry, so there's a "foreign leader" right there, and one of our priciple allies in the Iraq war too. Neil Cavuto said yesterday in an interview that it isn't too difficult to imagine that Europe would prefer that Bush lost. If Kerry's comment wasn't believeable voters would care but it is intuitively obvious.
