I have said over and over again, that to be successful in Iraq, Bush has to carry the world community. Cannot engaging in changing the names from French fries to Freedom fries because the French do not agree with us. Cannot change the name of Spanish rice to Freedom rice because Spain is pulling out. There has to be some semblance of reasoning and diplomacy here.

So, my answer again is to be successful in the war on terrorism, I would support what Kerry said he would do: carry the world community along. Call a summit of world leaders etc. etc. Se what we did during the detente days. Get the countries together in a similar way. Surely cannot thumb your nose at world bodies such as the UN and NATO.
