I've posted many times that I do not blame Bush for the recession. Bush's failed economic policies are to blame for the poor recovery.

It is not surprising that Bush's policies have failed; here is a statement from Feb 10, 2003 where 450 economists (10 Nobel laureates in economics) predicted the failure of Bush's so-called "JOB CREATION AND WORKER ASSISTANCE ACT".
