Kerry's flops, lies, and waffling, along with a documented voting record to the left of Teddy and Hillary's, presents an amazingly easy target for the GOP to hit in their election ad campaign. I'm not an ad professional, although I've done a little work for friends along these lines, but give me a small budget and a minor amount of time and I could come up with a couple of 30 second TV spots, using almost nothing except his own words and votes, that would devastate his poll numbers.
