We all know that most world leaders do, in fact, hope that Kerry wins the election

They hope that the US returns to being a pitiful helpless giant that bears the brunt of the all the terror attacks too.

I fail to see why we should oblige them, or be swayed in the least by their wishes. These leaders are not our allies. Their interests are not congruent with ours.
