Libya's gadafi was too and now he is bush's good buddy. Where is the moral clarity and justice for a man that killed almost 100 americans in a terrorist act? Pakistan through its sales of nuclear tech was certainly a supporter of rogue nations. But Bush finds it a better ally than most of europe. His whole line of moral consistency is bullshit.
