one interesting note is that the WSJ did not mention any of that in their story. I emailed the reporter to ask why and he asked me to cite my source. when i cited the NY times and emailed him the link to the actual box from the govt report cited in the times, he dismissed it. imo, they won't actually try it because of the flak it has generated... but somebody was trying to float the idea...
