I am the man to lend you the $$ on all your properties. I can get you a nice fixed rated (6%) for SI'ers <g> or maybe you can go with GT if you remember she knows all about mortgages. LOL.

Russ,
I spoke with K at CLG today. You are dead on on the bottle necks and crackup boom. I will not articulate as well as you or Mish but here is what was relayed to me. There is no rebar available. Steel is at twice the cost of last year with the meat of the increase the last 90 days. CLG COULD GET the rebar and steel they needed but at exorbitant prices. Here is another catch. They have been quoted 24 hour prices and must take delivery in 24 hours. In addition CLG last year had huge fuel tanks, tanker delivered to the mining site. Fuel costs are way up. The "planners" for CLG feel as though material prices will be lower next year. If not they are planning on adjusting the mill throughput upwards and reducing costs in other areas if possible.
Still will be a viable operation.
CLG is starting the drills 4 of them within the next 10-14 days. They are done infill drilling for now. Yahoo!! They are initially concentrating on Goose Island where they hit 2-3 very high grade holes in or around 1997 at depth. I have discussed this with CLG management in the past. In addition they have some high grade area I believe about 400 meters from the vault that they feel (from a couple of scout holes) that they will intercept some additional ore grade material. They look to really expand resources and reserves with this years campaign. K said what they do best is find gold and they have tapped only about 35% of the potential and plans are for greatly increasing what they already have. I doubled up toady and plan on adding more in the near future. Initial drill results to come around mid May to the end of May at the latest. They will be releasing assays in 8-10 hole batches.
CLG is a long term hold for me just like CKG. I may not make 25% to day trade or slice and dice every month or so but will do quite well by holding this stock for the next year or so. I will try to find early assays from sedar and post them if I can from Goose Island.
Tom
