This is a non issue relative to the financial- written off in 02 - but is a fairness issue - "IronClad" contract gives HEC its expenses and any future projected income should contract be interupted. HEC has Senate support on this issue. Quote "You should not own HEC due to any events in Costa Rica" a non issue. Very positive on the structure and future of HEC. Grow the company was the attitude.
