i've lost 16 lbs. on the "simple" diet...

simply put fewer pies in the pie hole...

and get some exercise.

i eat whatever my body is hungry for but i limit
my caloric intake to around 1500 per day... even
cheeseburgers or pizza but i count the calories
and try to save 500 for beers. <g>

i liked that statement by rick too... something like
"nothing tastes as good as being trim feels."

oh... and also... don't forget to puke after every meal.
<just kidding>
