Yes X, My concern is that it will become even more difficult for the next group coming out of college. We encourage people to aspire to higher education, and to move into professional jobs. These are not commodity jobs. Many are the key to future US innovation. I am confident a country like France would never allow this to happen on such a scale. They do not worship the market as we do. Of course, we find ways to make many exceptions, don't we: * US agricultural policy * steel * lumber * sugar and on and on. We make exceptions all the time.
