typical clinton military deal. Clinton had ordered bombing of certain sites, then it was off to a golf tournament for the President. THis is the second of THREE requests to launch the mission or to stand it down.....

"Mr. President,[clinton] Mr. Berger has called again and needs a decision soon," I [Lt. Colonel Buzz Patterson] explained in a low tone. "We have our pilots in cockpits ready to launch, and we're running out of protective cover of nighttime over there[Iraq].

Irritated at me, and maybe at Berger, he[clinton] said, "I'll call Berger when I get the chance"..

then of course when back with his buddies to watch the golf game....he never called. Dereliction of Duty.
