That's a big part of the problem with the domestic work force today, the unwillingness to start at the bottom and work your way up. Meanwhile many immagrants who have no such problems with their egos are taking those entry level jobs into the multi billion dollar foodservice industry and are being fasttracked up because of their desire to work. Those who work hard and save eventually become owners. The American Dream is alive and well, it's just that so many Americans have their pride and ego in the way. Choosing instead to stay home and watch Jerry Springer.
