Ron,

Thanks for the input. I may not have a choice... if the harddrive died. Under setup it shows no harddrive installed and my only options are "disable" or "none". The main reason for not wanting to reformat the drive (assuming it hasn't died) is the time it takes to reinstall not only WIN 2000 Pro, but also Office 2000 and the multitude of other programs on the computer. That's why I was hoping I could use the "Repair" function on the WIN 2000 Pro cd or at least get it to boot. I have 6 WIN 2000 Pro "Setup" floppies I made on my server and an Emergency Recovery Disk I also made on the server, but the server uses a Raid 5 SCSI hard disk array while the workstation uses an IDE drive so I don't know if the disks I made will work on the IDE drive on the workstation. That's why I was questioning how to make a "System Disk" which it is asking for. Any ideas as to how to make this thing boot or how to make a bootdisk from the site TC sent me to?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Marty
