Further to the bulletin dated Dec. 19, 2002, the TSX Venture Exchange has
accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an amendment agreement
dated Aug. 19, 2003, between North American Gem, and Joe Hackl and Jory
Hackl, together as vendors, which amends the terms of an option agreement
dated July 27, 2001, as amended July 24, 2002. Under the amended terms, the
company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 65 contiguous claim units
located in the upper Shebandowan Lake area of Ontario, known as the
Crayfish property, for total cash payments of $125,000 to be paid in stages
on or before Aug. 21, 2005 ($60,000 paid) and 200,000 shares to be issued
in stages on or before Aug. 21, 2005 (100,000 due on TSX-V acceptance). In
addition, the vendors retain a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty.

oops! there are about 91 nickels to the pound only. Throughout most of the 20th century most nickels were 100% nickel. For some years they were 25% nickel and during the war up to 46 there was no nickel in them at all. Now 4.55 worth of pre-1982 nickels could be worth almost 10 bucks Canadian. The quarter is about 5.7 grams of nickel so it is not worth it.
