"People are hurting everywhere from job losses" 5.6% of our working population is. Lower than the averages of the 70's, 80's and 90's. And about 1% to 1 1/2% more than some of the lowest rates ever. Not to belittle their suffering, but not too bad. Especially when war, Clinton corporate scandals and non stop whining and complaining by the haters since the day Bush took office is considered. "One doesn't need anything more to understand that the numbers are manufactured" Well, not when the ONE is the most dipy of all. You need no facts at all to back up your dishonest whining.
