Anunal meeting 2004 movies were being produced should see lot of meeting on web site. Also one of the questions after the meeting was were information on cognitive computer can be obtained. Stan answered will have to get some (papers or information on ECDs web site.) Questions asked at meeting. What status on rare earth project in china? Phase one ECD is still owed 3-4 million left to be paid. I belive some type of license has to be approved for plant in china first. China has put aside land and space for Phase II of large size battery plant. Question when will class "A" stock be converted to normal shares? Answer September 30 ,2005. Question what's current cash rate? was 5-6 million per quarter as of Jan 1(?}its come down to 3-4 million per quarter. Question about Kxxx that took ECD to court and lost but trying to get another hearing. Stemple answered case has no merit. Question about ECD going bankrupt to that affect? I don't know how this question was put exactly. answer was Its not an option. Question was put to Stemple about board should be replace because of violation of Bane-Oxsley Bill or something to that affect? Stemple answer the board was doing fine not breaking Bane-Oxsley law.
