There is a difference, and it would be good to add more jobs. I think we will. A robust economy with good growth is what does that, and those conditions seem to be here.

But it is disingenous to suggest that if someone can afford to not work, and choses not to do so that this person is in huge misery. If they were, then they would keep looking for work.
