Hi!! re: Any insight on the law suit appeal? .. or whatever is going on with this stock. No idea...As I stated before...I'm long on this and believe that regardless there are good days ahead...Would appreciate any information though... :o) Best, Kemble

I believe this is your answer...And, why the turn around today... 1:21PM Genesis Microchip wins patent infringment case (GNSS) 18.11 +0.89: Co announced that the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued an initial determination that Mstar Semiconductor infringes co's U.S. Patent entitled "Method and Apparatus for Upscaling an Image in Both Horizontal and Vertical Directions." As a result of today's ruling, the ITC is expected to issue an exclusion order preventing the importation of Mstar's display controllers into the U.S., as well as monitors and boards containing these products.
