In tech I guess the debate is whether this is a Wave 4 or a new impulse down. As there is no confirmation and volume on most tech would suggest that the pressure is on the downside I see it as not that bullish.

Can the inuts rally on their own? Sure they can but I doubt that it foreshadows a new high in the $COMP.
The KLAC chart is one to watch for more of a clue. Based on today it should break lower.
