LE = law enforcement counter-terrorism is 90% intel and law enforcement. Both thse are hurt by frayed alliances. This equals more terrorism. The Spanish bombers could not have been stoppd by military action, for instance. Neither could have 9-11. And Bush was warned and did nothing. Shame, shame. JK knows what he's talking about and will act accordingly. He wrote a book on the new mafias and counter-terrorism. He prosecuted the mobster-terrorist bank BCCI. He prosecuted the sneaky devils of the far right on Iran-Contra. And you know he knows exactly what he's talking about. Bushies now have no choice but to lie, I understand.
