Well, that's an intriguing, if obscure, reference. But that era was before multinationals and massive financial institutions, which by now have nearly become their own governments, not unlike sports franchises(on a larger scale) that can dictate to their revenue base what their requirements are for us to retain the privilege of buying their product. Becoming "too big to fail" should be illegal.
