Carl, very instructive. Thank you. The only 'cycle' length that would justify current investor aversion to SEC stocks is the 2001-2002 one. And that wasn't really a cycle because it was aborted.

How about sending that chart to Fitzgerald? :)

Maybe someone here knows how many months into each of these five 'up cycles' the market peaked at... That's the other half of the chart.

Of course, there is still the OTHER half which would then give us the complete picture... ggg

Please do. Data and charts are pretty worthless without really anal-heading the conditions. Seems like it's comparing two different worlds (90's and the PC).
