JK has worked with moderate Republicans all his career. He's fine with moderates and independents. He and Edwards also agree on almost every issue there is. Their only difference is their background and experience. JK has the experience to ake on Bush on military and foreign affairs. That's why the Bushies fear him so much. But JK will need the help of a southern or heartland type moderate running mate, Edwards, Clark, Nelson and Bayh all being such types. One of those will likely be the VP. Edwards meanwhile has vowed to fight hard for JK and has urged all his supporters to support JK.
