Gottfried - Thank you for the chart. Obviously, there is some room for interpretation here! The tech bubble and its demise really through a monkey wrench into this whole industry and messed up some very nice charts. In general, I would think that as an industry like this continues to mature it would figure out ways of smoothing out cycles, avoiding over-building capacity, etc. The wild card would seem to be how global economic/political forces affect their ability to plan efficiently. Thus we have a marketplace to handicap these events...
