Common sense doesn't require an actor to admit the reasons for his acts if the motivation is clear and obvious. If a man finds his wife in bed with another man, and shoots him, common sense doesn't require the husband to admit he was shooting the lover out of jealous rage. And if a person losing a basketball game takes his ball and goes home, common sense doesn't require him to admit that he's leaving because he's losing. Common sense doesn't require Zapatero to admit that he's afraid of Al Qaeda, either.
