Same as MDDM with me Bill, but I'm planning an exit in the mid-4's right now...may change that but I love the area they're in with TASR! Even if these guys are just a little fish in the pond right now....tuna

I'd like to see RAE 4.45 -.05 go "green" and VNWI close at 1.50 or better and DFCT close in the 1.40's and MDDM close at 3.75 or so....but all that probably isn't going to happen
