Bush 1 at least went through the UN with his very carefully manufactured evidence. Bush 2 threatened everyone with the Pat Act, then presented counterfeit information to the public, and the UN, ignored the UN and got us into the war he wanted before he walked into office. And when I say "Bush", I mean that collectively, as in the group of goons behind him telling what to say.
