Bush isn't lacking the ability to change direction in the face of new facts...he has NO NEW FACTS. This is the Potted Plant who only gets filtered information and is happy about that. They don't let him out in the sunshine except in friendly crowds of chanting evangelical Republicans. Where would he get a new fact from AND what would he do with a fact anyway? Facts get in the way of lack of thinking.

"Bush is like one of those rats in the maze, no matter how many times he gets shocked he keeps grabbing for the cheese. This is not leadership, its a sort of immaturity" It's also an indication of a huge ego problem. SOmeone once said of Bush, " He was born on third base and thinks he hit a triple." His Dad fixed all the blunders Jr.made during his life. Jr never grew up and learned from his mistakes. He is one of the worst Presidents this country has ever had.
